Memories: Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using The Leonard Bernstein Office’s Memories portal, the "Submit a Memory" service, or any applications made available by The Leonard Bernstein Office (together, the "Service"), however accessed, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.
The Service allow you to post photographic, audio, and written material (“Content”) onto The Leonard Bernstein Office’s Memories portal so that the Content can be displayed on The Leonard Bernstein Office’s websites and platforms and accessed by those who visit the sites and platforms. The Leonard Bernstein Office does not claim ownership of any Content that you post on or through the Service. Instead, by posting Content through the Service, you hereby grant to The Leonard Bernstein Office a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, edit and reproduce the Content that you post on or through the Service. You also represent that you have the authority to grant all rights licensed above, including, but not limited to, including any and all intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and rights of publicity, with respect to the Content.
You agree that The Leonard Bernstein Office is not responsible for, and does not endorse, Content posted within the Service. The Leonard Bernstein Office reserves the right to prescreen, monitor, edit, or remove any Content.
The Leonard Bernstein Office does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
